We make launching your own Learning Management System (LMS) effortless. Here’s how:

      • We build it all for you. We create your LMS and curate content specifically for your needs. We create the learning module which you add to your site as a button or link. There is also an option for you to take it in-house.

      • Seamless integration. Your LMS is usually deployed as a simple button or link we add to your website. The horsepower to run the LMS is  done via a separate system environment that we create and maintain for you.

      • Branded to match. We create a custom learning site that matches your branding perfectly.

      • Custom domain. You get a unique URL like elearning.yoursitename.com.

      • Flexible hosting. We host the platform for a minimal monthly fee — and you can pause or reactivate the service anytime. Only need it for 3 months? No problem.

      • No long-term commitment. We’ll even put up a placeholder and contact form when your service is paused — at no extra cost.

      • No hidden fees. Just what you need, when you need it.

      • Support included. Most plans come with free hours of technical and student support.

            Bonus Question: Why do you recommend developing the LMS system as a separate system environment from the main website?

      • An LMS can be resource-intensive, often requiring additional plugins and custom code that may not be ideal for the rest of your website. If many students are accessing lessons at the same time, it can also slow down your site’s performance.
      • While integration is possible, we recommend keeping the LMS in a separate, “siloed” system to ensure both your main site and the learning platform run smoothly and efficiently.

💬 What kind of support do you provide?

Every plan includes free technical support hours. These hours can be used for:

    • Troubleshooting technical issues

    • Course development assistance

    • Student on-boarding

    • General LMS help

Need more support? You can purchase additional hours or support packs at a very reasonable rate.


👥 What does a typical client engagement look like?

      • Most clients choose a package that covers all of their needs.

      • Larger clients or those with many students often subscribe to an ongoing support plan with dedicated reps.

      • Smaller teams usually prefer a “pay-as-you-go” model for any additional needs.


👨‍🏫 What about instructors?

    • You can provide your own instructors, or we can help produce the content with them.

    • We can also supply instructors for an additional fee (industry-dependent).

    • Some clients choose a “content-only” model with videos, whitepapers, or readings — no live instructors needed.


🎙 What content formats do you support?

We offer a mix to suit different learning styles and schedules:

    • Live sessions (with Q&A)

    • On-demand video

    • Podcasts (learn on the go!)

    • Whitepaper-literature based lessons with quizzes and exams

Many clients choose a blend of these to keep content fresh and accessible.


📜 Do you provide certificates?

Yes! All learning modules include:

    • Completion certificates | Receipts

    • Training record management system

We also offer certified training (e.g., CLE for lawyers), depending on industry regulations. Not sure if your industry qualifies? Click here to ask us.


🏢 Can we host the learning module ourselves?

Yes, we can build a version of the LMS for in-house deployment. However, we don’t recommend this unless you have strong internal IT support. Our hosted solution is faster, safer, and easier to maintain.

🛠 Can we customize the platform?

Absolutely. We can build a fully custom solution or mix and match features to fit your exact needs.


🎥 How are live and on-demand courses created?

    1. We define the course curriculum with your input.

    2. We create all materials: slides, quizzes, exams, certificates.

    3. Studio Day: Instructors (if included) log in to present.

    4. Live sessions include a real-time audience + Q&A.

    5. On-demand courses are recorded without an audience.

We manage the full production and delivery for both formats.


💸 Is live more expensive than on-demand?

Yes, slightly — live sessions require more real-time resources. But they also offer more value:

    • Higher attendance

    • You can sell it twice Live and Ondemand if you are doing eCommerce.
    • Real-time interaction
    • Long-term usability as on-demand content

    • We can even help break live events into smaller “drip” modules

    • All Live events get recorded for the On-demand version

💳 Are there monthly fees?

    • If you host it: No monthly fees.

    • If we host it: Yes, a small monthly hosting fee applies

    • Some software licenses have a monthly fee.
    • Optional Service Plans are available as hosted or as needed.


🧰 Are there other costs?

Here’s a transparent breakdown:

    • Software licenses: We use reliable, frequently updated tools. Don’t reinvent the wheel — we focus on learning, not tool development. Usually this is a one-time or annual cost.

    • Customization services: $25/hr (or discount packs available)

      • Dedicated support or onboarding help: $35/hr or via support packs

    • Certified training prep (if applicable): Includes regulatory fees, timeline for approval, and extra setup


📦 How is recorded content stored?

    • Video: Stored on Vimeo

    • Audio/podcast: Stored as MP3

    • We handle all hosting and access for you
